Rocket Man cocktail recipe - Jet fuelled and super sour

This cocktail is a super sour with an injection of jet fuel added in the form of 110 proof Tapatio Tequila. By adding rocket leaves and dashes of smoked salt water, the flavour profile of this cocktail becomes more savoury.

Ingredients

45ml Tapatio 110

20ml Lime

10ml Agave syrup

Pinch of Rocket leaf leaves

4 x dashes smoked salt water

Garnish

Rocket leaf & whisky sprayed blue cheese

How to mix

Add all ingredients into a boston shaker with ice, shake and double strain.
