La Folie Sparkling Rosé Mirabeau

Made in the Charmat Method (Prosecco) this is a totally captivating and delicious rosé. A blend of Syrah and Grenache which gives a gorgeous ballet-pink colour with a delicate effervescent sparkle. The nose offers up a fresh, soft scent of strawberry and raspberry with hints of gooseberry and blackcurrant. The mousse is mouth-filling and elegant with hints of red berry, grapefruit with a little spice and a lovely long finish.
